Hello!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2015. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, teens, adults, and couples.

I am passionate about helping others realize their self worth and to be fully present in their lives. My goal is that, through our work together, you will be able to regain authority over your life and to head down a path towards healing and growth.

I take a person centered and nonjudgmental approach, collaborating with you to reach your goals. Together we will work to uncover the root of what is causing you to feel stuck and to recognize old patterns that may be keeping you stuck.  I want you to understand yourself better and the way the past may be impacting your experience today. My intent is that you will develop better ways to cope with the stress and discomfort you feel, and to be your authentic self.

It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge when we are struggling and need support and I feel very honored to begin this journey of change with you.

I have specialized training in the trauma treatments Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  As well as in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Binge Eating (CBT-E) and AutPlay therapy for children with autism. I am also informed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy approaches.

I am currently accepting clients in North Dakota and Minnesota.
